While I was laid off from Nationwide last summer I just had my son a few months before and was in baby mode...more like baby gadget mode. Every new mom wants the best and newest safety gadgets on the market. During this time it was brought to my attention that there was no better alternative to inform other drivers of your precious cargo other than those "ugly yellow" diamond shaped signs that hang on the inside of your window with a suction cup. I thought to myself, I could do better and make it more modern and classier! The "ugly yellow" signs have not been redesigned since there conception in 1984.

No one likes the actual words "Baby On Board," you can't see those signs if you have tinted windows and those suction cups don't stay. I noticed there is a new product that is now a magnet from the yellow sign company, but customer reviews of the product states that they have either lost them in a car wash or it has been stolen.

I thought, well it's gotta be a sticker and it must be an easy release sticker that doesn't hurt your vehicle but must stick like a sticker. It also need to be an icon that can be visible from afar so we can play down the actual words "Baby On Board" and eventually just drop them altogether.

Why do I need a sticker?

1. This is an extremely visible way to inform other drivers on the road of your precious cargo. Perhaps if they knew a baby (or two) were in the car other drivers might drive a little more cautiously around your vehicle who might have previously been driving like a bat out of hell.

2. To inform other drivers that you have a distraction in the car and LOOK OUT! We've all done it, your baby has dropped their pacifier and can't reach it, now they are screaming at the top of their lungs. Not only is the screaming a distraction, but then you decide it's a great idea to, while your driving, reach back to the car seat and blindly wave your arm around in search for this missing paci....hummmmm, not too smart, but we've all done it once or twice. If you had your sticker then other drivers on the road would know to stay clear and drive defensively around you!

3. Patience is a virtue. Unlike the #2 driver above, you are the ultra cautious defensive driver who actually goes the speed limit and makes complete stops at stop signs. Is there someone in a hurry behind you? Well, you wouldn't know. Because you have your sticker visibly on your rear window the driver behind you knows that you are driving slow and cautiously for a reason (other then being just a slow poke old person). The driver behind you is exercising some extra patience knowing that you are driving your precious cargo around safely.

Vinyl Sticker Application Instructions

Thank you for helping modernize this stone age warning. Finally, a more eye pleasing yet extremely visible way to inform other drivers on the road of your precious cargo.
Where quality design meets functionality.

Mom Instructions:
1. Clean window with window cleaner to remove dirt, grime and bugs.
2. Lightly spray window surface with water.
3. Remove back of sticker to expose adhesive.
4. Carefully position sticker onto window so the graphic is straight. (We suggest the lower right or left side of your rear outside window).
5. Using a credit card or smooth edge, squeegee water from underneath label to eliminate air bubbles.
6. Wipe dry.
7. This easy release sticker should remove cleanly if you choose to remove it from your vehicle.

Dad Instructions:
1. Disregard “Mom” instructions.
2. Peel off liner and slap sticker onto window.
3. Admire completed task over a beer with the neighbor.

Note: An instruction card with be shipped with your label. This sticker is meant to be placed on the outside of your vehicle window. If there are bubbles present under the decal that cannot be removed by working them to the edge, a small needle or pin can be used to puncture the bubble and remove the air. A small pin hole will not be seen after the air bubble has been worked out
